Located 100 metres from the main road ensures that you can relax on your Ocean facing balcony, or within the resort’s suberb facilites, without the drum of traffic noise. Lake Nelson Park is home to numerous pelicans, swans and ducks.

Getting There
Located one hour’s drive north of Brisbane taking the Maroochydore exit (#70) off the Bruce Highway. Take the Maroochydore/Buderim exit off the Sunshine Coast Motorway (#70), turn right at the top of exit into Buderim Avenue.
Turn left into Alexandra Parade. Alex Surf Club is the only building on your right (approximately 500 metres), take the very next left into Mari Street.
Mari Street is opposite the Alex Surf Club. For those coming from the North refer to UBD (2003 edition) reference, map 70 B19.
Parking
One FREE secure under cover parking space is allocated to each unit, or a lockable two car garage with each Premier Apartment.
Things To Do
Nearby is the glamour of the Mooloolaba Esplanade with its alfresco dining and fascinating shops. Popular family entertainment centres such as Underwater World and Australia Zoo are within easy reach.
Eumundi Markets and the hinterland villages of Montville and Maleny with their antique and craft shops offer yet another contrast, high in the Blackall Ranges. A short drive brings you to Noosa’s National Park.
