These beautiful and spacious apartments are a stone’s throw from the beautiful Alex Beach, across the road from a sprawling 10 acre park which is a haven for native fauna and just a short walk from anything wanted or needed while on holiday.
Karmasea Luxury Apartments is situated on the corner of Okinja Road and Wirraway Street in wonderful Alexandra Headlands. It is approximately 80 metres to the fully patrolled Alex Beach.
The surf clubs of Alexandra Heads and Maroochydore are a short walk and we are located only a 10 minute walk or quick drive away from Sunshine Plaza. There is a huge choice of either fine dining or fast food within walking distance of Karmasea.
Karmasea facilities include a beautiful fountain supplied lap pool, covered barbeque area with two gas barbeques, secured underground parking and lush gardens.

Getting There
The Sunshine Coast airport is a 10 minute drive away in Marcoola.
- There are two shuttle bus services provided by Sunair and Henry’s Transport Group.
- Five major hire car companies operate from the arrivals end of the terminal.
- Suncoast Cabs also service the airport.
We are situated on the corner of Okinja road and Wirraway street
Take the Mooloolaba Exit from the Sunshine Motorway. When driving from Mooloolaba along Alexandra Parade turn left at the lights on Okinja Road. Turn right down Wirraway Street and our carpark is the first entrance to the left.
